I was a walk in that needed a battery. Was told that due to the hour (lunch time) I would have to wait but would be taken care of ASAP. The ""hour"" came and went and I was taken care of.

As always JC does a great job. We take both arae cars to JC. We did have one issue this visit. The person who moved my car into the shop broke the seat adjustment handle. I am sure they had no idea it was broke. I found it on the floor of my car.John how do I go about getting a replacement? Loretta
