Great service on my g/f's Kia Sorento. Took it there for alignment and oil change. Was notified the the drain plug installed by previous shop was to long and cause something to rub in oil pan. Didn't have to do that but they did. Gave me the option to repair. Didn't just do it and surprise me with the bill. Been going to j.c's automotive for over 10 years. Would take my vehicles anywhere else.
