Always excellent service. Well run business with proficient technicians.They keep a computerized record of your vehicle and are knowledgeable regarding the maintenance schedule and parts you may need in the event of a problem. They get your vehicle in quickly if an unexpected event occurs and service checks are done quickly. Pricing is as would be expected and they are fair (better prices compared with dealership and much less hassle).
Aaron is a very positive addition to your company. His voice is quiet and professional and listens to the customers questions and answers them in a non-threatening way. He's the reason I returned to JC Auto!
The folks here have it together. Personable customer service| precise repairs| and professional execution. I'm greeted with a smile by the gentleman who picks me up the person who checks me in and the young lady who settles my bill. The person who answers the phone has a smile--I know I cannot see it but I can hear it. You just can't fake that. That's like sales 101. John answers all my nit-picky questions and explains what he and his techs find to my satisfaction. This operation is thorough complete. Oh there is one thing.
