i came to JC automotive without an appointment. there was a warning light concerning one of the tires and i had to go to work so it was very important that someone would look into it immediately. they took care of the car right away and fixed it. the problem was solved to my complete satisfaction and i was able to get to work on time.

They are timely knowledgeable and professional in their dealings with customers. They go the extra mile. After my warranty expired on my Volvo I started using JC Automotive initially because I bought tires there. When it was time for my oil change I returned there. I told them the type of oil the manual recommended. They wanted to make certain they continued with the type of oil which had been used throughout the car's history. So rather than just go with what the manual said they made the extra effort to call the Volvo dealer to confirm the type of oil they had used in my car.
