We requested a quote for the repair of an alternator got the quote (satisfactory and competitive) made an immediate appointment and the car was repaired the same day that the quote was given. They even arranged transportation to get the car. Who could ask for anything more. I've been using J.C. off and on since the '80s and I've never had a bad experience.
