We've gone to JC Automotive for many years and have always received excellent competent honest service. We try to keep our cars running as long as possible always keeping up with the oil changes etc. and doing what needs to be done to keep them going and in good shape with preventive work too. (And we've kept some old cars going for years.) The folks at JC have always been upfront and have provided advice and options about what needs to be done. They give the information and facts and leave it up to us to decide. Their work for us has always been competitively priced and well done and they stand behind it. I highly recommend them and couldn't be happier with my experience with them.This is a top-notch company.
Great service
I always go to JC for repair service and oil changes. It is very easy to get an appointment and the customer service has always been beyond my expectations!
Brought our car in while out of town thinking we had a failing water pump. They said they would test it and have it ready within less than 24hrs. They tested it and said there was nothing to replace it checked out fine. It's hard to find a place that's honest and not going to rip you off or even charge you for diagnostic fees at least. This one didn't charge us a dime was honest reliable and provided speedy service. Couldn't ask for anything better with a mechanic shop! Very grateful for them!
