I made the mistake of going to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. How complicated can an oil change be? It was a holiday weekend and I had been driving around with my oil light on forever. It was a Sat and JC was closed so that is why I did it. Jiffy up sold me and I got out of there for a little under $200.00. What a mistake. I work at night and I am a single woman. No back up at home. Anyway I am cruising down I275 80 miles an hour (I know. That's too fast but at that hour all I want to do is get home). All of a sudden just a crazy loud noise coming from the right side underneath my car. At first I thought my tire was blowing out. I slowed down to 65 and the noise subsided. I was in a panic to just make it home. Went to JC the next morning. Long story short the jackholes at Jiffy Lube forgot to put the pins back on the cover of the oil pan. JC fixed it for me and I pledged I will never go to anyone else ever again. I love JC Auto. They have treated myself and my entire family over the years with the utmost respect and kindness. Thanks John and Donny and entire staff. You all are the best!
