I have issues with my car not starting and had it towed to J C Auto. I ended up with a new battery and some othr work on my older model car that I am praying survives a bit longer.When I got it back it was in overdrive mode and I could not clear it out. This hampered my driving. I had to leave it J C yet another day dropping it off before dawn nad having a co-worker pick me up from there. Got an early call from JC and they willinging and openly acknowledged that the mistake was there's and they apologized profusely and said emphatically there was no charge. After having recently been cheated at another facility I was pleased with their committment to their professional reputation and to me as a customer.

Special was worth it. Smooth transaction as planned. I was in and out in no time. Excellent service. The only thing I would complain about would be the recommended services were not mentioned to me during my visit. I saw them on the receipt. If mentioned to me during the visit I could have saved 10%. JC's lost as I will have the recommended services done else where.

I routinely recommend JC Auto to anyone who mentions car service or repair. I don't hesitate. You score high on integrity accuracy customer service and cough cough price. Joking guys. I understand the pricing and accept it for what it is. What got me to come in was how you treated my daughter Barb. Had her experience been suspect then you would never have had my business. How's this hight tech pc program working for you. I'm pretty good about telling you yeah or nay my feelings of how you do.
