Service was a bit slower than I expected but overall I was satisfied.
This was my 3rd time at JC Automotive. Every time I have been very satisfied. The young lady who drove me home and picked me up when my car was ready was great.
JC Automotive recently performed a 75 000 mile check-up of my Mercury Grand Marquis. They were very thorough and found some issues that I was not aware. I found their service to be high in quality and very fair priced. Their staff is very customer oriented.I recommend JC Automotive to anyone looking for the best service for their automobile.
