Work was completed in a timely manner. Staff is always very nice. A little expensive but trustworthy and worth it.

I needed an oil change and AC repair. I hadn't needed a car repair since moving to the area so I wasn't sure where to go. I decided on JC after reading the positive online reviews on google. I used their online system to request a quote and appointment and was surprised how quickly they responded - within an hour or two. I was able to get my car in the next day. I dropped my car off first thing in the morning and they gave me a call within about an hour to let me know what they thought the problem was with my AC. It ended up being a LOT more expensive than I had anticipated since my car isn't very old. I called a couple of other places and was quoted about $100 cheaper - I called back to JC and they were able to drop the price by about $100. They said that the quote was based on 4 hour of labor but they could probably get it done in 3 to help drop the price. I received another call about an hour later regarding another issue they found once they had my car apart which I appreciated. Overall I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the timeliness with which they contacted me regarding my car.

We had a serpentine belt break & they had it fixed in less in an hour! And checked the parts that it ran too. Thanks for your help Stu & Carolyn Higel.
