I went in for an oil change at a fantistic price and while i was there you found some thing i would not have found myself. A shreaded belt! If it broke while driving i would have broken down and would need a tow truck to take it for repair. You saved me a lot of time and money. Great job Thank you for your diligence---Joe P.
Can't say enough about the staff it is a good sign when you see the same people over time and when many customers bring goodies for the staff.
I appreciated the usual good service by JC Auto. Careful explanations of car issues and prompt follow-through are helpful. I also notice that every person that enters is treated with respect and professionalism.
I am happy with my oil change.
I have a Volkswagen Jetta and after issues with other mechanics they were able to fix my car before I would have had even more damage. The only concern I have is the cost. The labor charges were just as much as the parts but it pays to have good service.
