As much as the repairs surprise me they're still cheaper than buying a new car. I cannot blame them when an expensive Toyota innovation breaks even after 12 years. They are just the messenger and a really nice group of messengers. Shari is a perfect fit for customer greeting and interaction: personable always smiling--genuinely caring. Donnie always provides clear explanation of the failure and the necessary repairs. John manages all the details and keeps the ship afloat. Kim is mostly in the background until the ship's course begins to veer even the slightest bit and then she appears and provides the ever so gentle slap up side the head.
