You guys are amazing repair people nice honest and helpful. YOU EVEN DID THE PAPERWORK FOR THE REFUND ON MY TIRES!!! Donnie even took time to discuss what car I should consider buying in the future that would last long and not have increased repair cost! THANK YOU!!!

Not only do I feel confident that my car will be repaired - I am confident I am not being taken advantage of because I am a women. And when I take my car in the AM - I can pretty much be guaranteed I'll have it back that afternoon. And I love the fact there is always someone to drive me home and pick me up.

Again JC Automotive went out of their way to help when needed! I knew I had a potential battery issue but couldn't immediately be without my car to get it serviced. I made an appointment for two days later. The battery had other ideas! The weak battery impacted my security system and immobilized my car one day too soon! When I got the car to start I knew I had only one shot to get it to the shop. They fit me in despite having a very heavy schedule and turned the car around in no time at all so I could make my mandatory company event. Thank you JC! You are the best!

My air was not cooling at all and I was really afraid that it would be an expensive venture to get it repaired. It turned out to be a minor issue that that was quickly rectified at a cost that I felt was reasonable.
