Went in for an oil change without an appointment and they took me in right away. The service was done quickly and at a very fair price.
Dr. J and the crew provide excellent service and fair pricing. They stand behind their work 100%.I have had all my vehicles maintained by JC Automotive for the last 15 years (with the exception of my motorcycles) Our relationship started with a service which he didn't charge me for (seating the bead on a lawn tractor tire) A month or so later I needed the same thing and I offered to pay the shop was busy so I was asked if I could leave the tire.When I picked the tire up later I was greeted with a smile and a simple ""no charge"". He was almost apologetic for being unable to immediately perform the service.So from John and Kim through Donnie Sheree Bobby and the ""The bearded Guy who rarely smiles"" they are part of my satellite family. The Service is truly EXCELLENT.
