JC Auto has always treated me fairly. Great customer service and they will only do the repairs necessary. They do not try to sell you all sorts of other repairs. U use them most because they're just a fee blocks from my house and that makes it very convenient.
Everyone was so polite helpful and courteous. I was not charged for finding the rattle even though I can't afford to have it fixed at this time. I felt there was complete honesty in telling me it was my battery when I was expecting it may have been the alternator. i was given a ride home. They worked on the car quickly and picked me up at my home. I was so impressed that they will get all my future work. It's not often you get a sense of honesty at a car repair shop. I highly recommend JC Automtive.
Thank you for taking care of problems in timely manner--for example replacement of splash guard yesterday on my little low Honda Civic that that you got part and work was completed in a few hours. (I have to learn to drive a small car again after my big FourRunner!)
