I have been coming to your shop for quite a long time I like your service and I like the fact that you are always available to provide the service needed without having to wait . The only thing lacking is the personal treatment of the customers. Like I said before I've taken my car to your place for well over 5 years and every time I am treated like is the first time you see me please take the time to kind of remember faces and name that makes people feel welcome and appreciate.!!!!

We've been using JC Auto for many years and could not be happier. John and his staff are always friendly and courteous. They explain what the problem is and how much it will cost as well as available options. They then repair it correctly the first time. We usually drive Volkswagens and trust JC Auto to fix them right at a fair price.
