JC Automotive were superb from first contact by phone to get details and estimate on a steering rack replacement for my vehicle. Courteous, prompt, honest, and fair. I expected a wait for parts and labor but they were able to complete the work within a couple of days on budget. It was one of the best experiences that Ive had with a repair shop in many years.
